While I can talk about the great watches they make, I actually wanted to call out the excellent customer service from Jaipur Watch Company. I bought a watch from them late last year and had an issue with the watch. Ever since I reported the issue, the team at Jaipur watch company was dedicated to solving the issue and helping me. They decided to provide a replacement and hand delivered the replacement watch in a city I was traveling to. Very impressed with the customer focus and service…great job Jaipur Watch company!
